Existing 1st floor chimney breast (157cm wide) has a small bricked up fireplace which we need enlarged. We need a lintle 'put in' at a height of approx 170cm from the floor, the opening widened as much as possible (allowing for there being a vent running through the chimney breast from the gas fire on the ground floor below) and taken back as far as possible. We also require the floor to be 'made good' to allow kitchen units or a washing machine to sit in the new opening. We will need the electric cables for both the appliance sockets (and 3-double back boxes)and for a couple of lights 'run' before the new opening is plastered. These cables will not need to be connected to the supply or sockets!
