I am looking for a team of builders to build a 2 STOREY extension in Kingston.
The size of the extension is 4m x 7.250m.
The work includes:

Digging Foundation
Filling foundation with Concrete PUMP (I will pay for the concrete PUMP)
building walls
Fixing windows
Rendering and Plastering
Plumbing
Roofing
Electrical Work (I have an electrician that will supervise the work and issue certificate)
plus refurbishment of existing house.

I will provide materials and if necessary some of the tools (e.g. cement mixer, scaffolding,etc.)

I have been quoted 17,000, so if you want more don't bother bidding. If you need more details ask and I can send you a copy of the plans and detailed works list.
