I have a small semi detached chalet style bungalow that I want refurbished. The work involved is as follows:

Lounge
- Remove wallpaper; Remove brick showpiece; Remove fireplace; Close gas supply of fireplace; Remove top coving; Remove bottom skirting; Remove rough ceiling paint; Remove wood from wall;
- Plaster walls and paint; Wood flooring including skirting completion; Electric Fireplace; Lighting; Hide wires for hifi/tv; Smooth ceiling and paint; Fill and close window.


Dinning Room (through room to Lounge)
- Remove wallpaper; Remove top coving; Remove bottom skirting; Remove rough ceiling paint; Remove door frame.
- Plaster walls and paint; Wood flooring including skirting completion; Lighting; Smooth ceiling and paint; New wooden door frame matching wood floor.


Path
- Remove carpets; Remove wallpaper; Remove top coving; Remove bottom skirting; Remove rough ceiling paint.
- Plaster walls and paint; Wood flooring including skirting completion; Lighting; Smooth ceiling and paint; Lighting


Room 1 (ground floor)
- Remove carpets; Remove wallpaper; Remove top coving; Remove bottom skirting; Remove rough ceiling paint; Remove door; Remove window;
- Plaster walls and paint; New Carpet; Lighting; Smooth ceiling and paint; Hide pipes in room; Replace door with matching door to wood floor; New wooden door frame matching wood floor; New window;


Bathroom-Toilet
- Break wall between Bathroom and Toilet; Remove bathroom/toilet/basin/tiles;
- Plaster walls; New Corner Bathroom, Toilet, basin, wall and floor tiles; Close door near entrance; (builder to provide plan); Smooth ceiling and paint;


Kitchen
- Remove wallpaper; Remove tiles; Remove window; Remove kitchen units and appliances; Remove wood from wall; Remove top coving; Remove bottom skirting; Remove rough ceiling paint; Remove door frame;
- Fit new kitchen including appliances; Hide boiler in cabinet; Fit floor and wall tiles (half way); Plaster and paint walls; Smooth ceiling and paint; Lighting; Remove small window near door and make wall for more kitchen cabinet space; Gas required on other side of kitchen for new Gas Hob.


Conservatory/Breakfast Rooms
- Remove wallpaper; Remove carpet; Remove top coving; Remove bottom skirting; Remove rough ceiling; Check asbestos
- Plaster and paint walls; Cover gap in ceiling and smooth ceiling and paint; Remove asbestos if its there; Wood flooring including skirting completion; Lighting;


Staircase
- Remove railing on both sides; Remove carpet; Remove steep steps on staircase; Remove squeaking from staircase; Remove wooden door under staircase; Remove/strip paint;
- New railing; Widen steps staircase; New wooden door under staircase; Lighting; Paint;


Top Floor (redesign with shower and/or toilet/sink)
- Needs fitted cupboards; Needs two rooms, one big; Easy access to water tanks; Carpets; Smooth ceiling and paint; Strong wall between rooms. Need to remove all plaster board walls to make good use of space.


Garden
- Break concrete step and slabs in garden.
- Level garden; New garden fence; Fix shed leak;


Garage
- Replace electricity pipe to garage; Sensor Spot light outside & garden; Check asbestos on garage roof and remove if exists; New plastic roof for car port; New light for car port;


Roof
- Clean tiles on roof
