I am moving into a new flat in March, and am considering flooring options. I am interested in coloured polished concrete that is popular at the moment. This would be for the lower floor which is approx 45 metre squared, and partially open plan.

The flooring at the moment is a combination of existing concrete and wooden floorboards.

If anyone is interested in quoting for this job, it would include preparing sub-floor, laying concrete over underfloor heating, colouring concrete and polishing and finishing.
