I have two jobs that need doing in a flat in Camberwell (SE17 1LH):

1) a mixer tap in the kitchen is dripping and needs fixing.

2) some blackened grouting needs fixing around the taps of the bath.

Ideally I'd like someone to be able to do this on Monday 9th November (am preferred).

It's off Walworth Road, outside the congestion zone.

Can you let me know as soon as possible if you think you have someone available for this job and, if so, an estimate of the cost?
