Plumbing problem
Toilet cisturn takes a long time to fill up - think there must be a blockage or a fault in the system. Likewise there is often a delay when the kitchen taps are turned on - up to 10 seconds before water appears.
Would like to get quotes for fixing of cisturn and/or taps.
